Error description

• 1. Install LEI on Notes client.
  2. Start the LEI as Windows service (#net start lei).
  3. Execute some activity.
  4. Stop the LEI service (#net stop lei).
  5. Occasionally nlei crashes with NSD log.
  6. If Notes client runs with LEI, LEI can be stopped
  successfully.

• If Notes client runs with LEI, LEI can be stopped successfully.
