Error description
Open customer's mail file - in attachments db. Open an email with attachments in iNotes. Select attachment and try to open it. Message appears "You are opening and attachment using an application. Doing so may be a security risk. Do you want to continue?" Clicking OK on this message results in the Lotus iNotes Warning message "Problem: Item Not Found Exception" If you try to Save the file locally you get the error "IE cannot download X from servername. IE was not able to open this Internet site. The Requested file is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." Troubleshooting: Issue occurs on IE and Firefox. Issue does not occur using the Notes Client. If the email is opened in Webmail the attachments do not display. If forwarded/replied with history & attachments in iNotes the attachments are not included in the forwarded message. If the email is forwarded from the Notes Client to an iNotes user then the attachments all work as expected - can be opened/saved without issue.
