  Customer recently upgraded his  Firefox from 3.5.9 to 3.6.3. One
  of his
  colleagues has noticed the following
  error:
  
  
  When using Firefox 3.6.3 to accees email database using iNotes
  than the
  following occurs:
  
  
  When user tries to compose a new email message and attach in it
  more  than one
  attachment separately (not together) than the following error
  
  message is returned to the user:
  
  
  
  "This document already contains a file with the same name"
  
  
  
  The result is that only the last attachment selected is actually
  sent to the
  intended recepient.
  
  
  
  The problem can't be reproduced on Firefox 3.5.9. & Domino 8.5.1
  FP2
  The problem doesn't exist in Domino 8.5.0 FP1.
  
  
  
  
  
  Steps to reproduce
  
  
  - Firefox 3.6.3
  
  - Domino 8.5.1FP2
  
  - Compose new email message with two attachments, attach each of
  them
  separately (not both in the same step).
  
              Error in iNotes: "This document already contains a
  file with the
  same name"

• use latest Firefox supported version
