  1. create a New Memo
  
  
  
  2. type several lines of misspelled words. They are underlined
  by the
  spell-checker as expected.
  
  
  
  3. Highlight 3 lines in the middle of the text and click the
  bullet list
  toolbar button
  
  
  
  4. Click elsewhere in the doc or use the arrow keys to move
  below the
  bullet list.
  
  
  
  !!! Existing misspelled words are still underlined, but new
  misspelled
  words below the bullet list will not be found, even if you
  select "Spell
  Check" from the Tools menu. New misspelled words above or within
  the
  bullet list are found as expected.

• Save as draft and reopen the memo. Spell check will then work as
  expected.
