APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the Link Element within an authoring template, users
  should be able to select the "Browse Libraries" button to select
  a document from a Quickr library.
  
  The document picker displays when the button is selected but no
  files are returned to be selected.
  
  This problem occurs for users of a place inclusive of the place
  owner.
  
  To reproduce:
  
  1. As a place owner, select a component such as a Blog.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Advanced Appearance Settings
  4. Customize the Authoring Template
  5. Add a Link Element.
  6. Save.
  7. Create a new Blog post and select the "Browse Libraries"
  button.
  

Local fix

• The only user for which this function works is the Quickr
  administrator.
  

Problem summary

• Document picker is displaying all the document libraries instead
  of the libraries for which user has access.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified Link element to pass Teamplace ID so that document
  picker scopes the document libraries.
