Error description
Customer received the attached file from the external world , When customer trying to forward from the notes client he is getting error : Cannot save bitmap to disk - Open the attached mail from the lotus note client . - Try to forward mail to other person , i got error message : Cannot save bitmap to disk - error comes up when user clicks Send. - however i have checked in 801 client it is giving same error .
Local fix
Possible work around for this problem is as mentioned below : - Open the mail . - Go to Action > more > copy into new > message (- As mentioned below screen shot .) - Now try to forward mail to other .
