LO41765: ENHANCEMENT: PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS FOR "USER RULES MAIL FORWARDING" FIELD IN THE SERVER CONFIGURATION

Error description

• The field "User Rules Mail Forwarding" in the configuration
  document gives you
  the ability to prevent Notes clients from using the "Send copy
  to" rule
  action.  When set, this prevents all users from using the "Send
  copy to" rule. In this case customer would like to prevent
  some user and allow others.  Looking for an exception field.
  

Local fix

• Remove the "Send copy to" action from the Specify Actions list.
  This will
  prevent the Notes user from creating a new rule with the "Send
  copy to" action.
  Make the changes to a New Copy of the mail template.  Then
  choose which Notes
  users will have a Template with the "Send copy to" action
  available and which
  Notes users will not have this action available.
  1.  Open up the mail template in Designer.
  2.  Navigate to the Forms and open up the (RulesDlg) | Mailrule
  form.
  3.  Edit the Field Properties for the "action" field.
  4.  On the Control Tab, remove "send copy to|b".
  5.  Save and close the template.

  Part of batch rejection of resolved/closed sprs that are enh
   requests against v80.  If weight increases, may be considered
