APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The management server disk may occasionally become full due to
    /wip and/or /ih_var being put on rootfs rather than separate
    mount points".
    

Local fix

  • Take a configuration backup of your environment and redeploy a
    fresh API Connect ova (same version as the one where the backup
    was made) and restore from backup afterward.
    

Problem summary

  • If for any reason the disks cannot be mounted the appliance
    should halt the startup process and go into Error mode.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This issue is resolved in IBM API Connect V5.0.6.2
