A file compiled with the following options will generate a listing file which contains information if a loop is simdized and if not, why. mpixlcxx_r -c t.C -qsource -qlist -qreport -q64 -O3 -qhot -qsmp=omp -qinline -qsimd=auto Some information messages were missing for some loops.
N/A. The missing message does not affect functionality nor performance.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Messages preventing simdization due to non-simdizable strides and non-innermost loops were not being emitted in the transformation reports. USERS AFFECTED: All users combining simd and the transformation reports.
Certain messages will now be emitted from SIMD more frequently when it cannot simdize a particular loop. Despite flooding the listing file with many more messages, it will provide users a much more detailed report.
