Error description

  • The login process for WebSphere Cast Iron Cloud Integration's
    Web Management Console will take over one minute to complete
    if the appliance is behind firewall with no external network
    connection.

Problem summary

  • As the appliance was secured behind a firewall, users would
    experience delays of around one minute when initially logging
    into the WebSphere Cast Iron Web Management Console.
    This was occurring because several calls were being made to
    external sources.
