LI77179: PRE V6.3 PROJECTS MAY FAIL TO OPEN IN V6.3 WITH CONFIGURATIONPROPERTY INCOMPATIBLE WITH STRING ERROR
Closed as program error.
The following exception is seen when an attempt is made to open a project on Studio V6.3, when the original project was created on a previous version of Cast Iron Error opening project. Message: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.approuter.studio.configprops.ConfigurationProperty incompatible with java.lang.String Level: SEVERE This occurs when the original project that was developed uses Configuration Properties in the HTTP connector activity.
Open the project in pre v6.3 Studio and remove configuration properties for all HTTP connector activities (where ever used).Provide direct values instead of using configuration properties.
WebSphere Cast Iron Studio projects having configuration properties used in HTTP connector activities fail to open in V6.3 of Studio. The user is presented with the following error message: Error opening project: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.approuter.studio.configprops.ConfigurationProperty incompatible with java.lang.String Level: SEVERE This occurs when the original project that was developed uses Configuration Properties in the HTTP connector activity.
