Local fix
Problem summary
When attempting to test an HTTP endpoint using NTLM authentication, the authentication fails. The problem occurred as a result of a panel preferring Kerberos authentication methods over NTLM. This error has been corrected and when testing HTTP endpoints which require NTLM authentication, the correct authentication method is used.
Problem conclusion
The problem was caused by a code change implemented in WebSphere Cast Iron V6.1.0.6. The problem has now been corrected and the fix will be delivered in WebSphere Cast Iron fixpack 6.1.0.15. Announcements of new fix packs are made on the WebSphere Cast Iron Support Portal at http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/Overview/Software/We bSphere/WebSphere_Cast_Iron_Cloud_integration For planned fixpack maintenance release dates, see the following support announcement: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27036374
