Error description

• When compiling the following test case containing a simple
  syntax error, the compiler is encountering an internal compiler

Problem summary

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Compilation fails due to internal compiler error when user code
  has syntax error in a DO statement.  Compiler does not report
  the syntax error.
