Error description

• When compiling a large source code test case with OPT(2), the
  IPA section takes a long time (~1 to 2hrs) to compile and
  eventually dies with 'exceeded virtual storage'.
  
  The following compile line was used:
  xlc -c test.c
  -Wc,"XR,AGG,OPT(2),LO,IPA(OBJ),LIBANSI,CSE,NOARG,RENT,NOSEQ,MAR(
  1,80)"
