Error description

• The problem affects C/C++ users on BG/P, who would like to use
  the float _Complex data type for double hummer support in
  parallel load and store functions.

Problem summary

• problem with __stfps intrinsic function.  Intrinsic only takes
  a float _Complex* parameter
  

Problem conclusion

• Customer needs a version of these intrinsics that will take
  float _Complex data.  Otherwise, they are casting the values to
  float*.  And to C these are incompatible, resulting in them not
  being aliased, resulting in a correctness problem at -O2.
