  with very many instructions:
  
  1500-008 (S) COMPILER LIMIT EXCEEDED in $some_function:
  Program too complicated to be compiled.  Compilation ended.
  Reduce the complexity of the program and recompile, or lower
  the level of optimization and recompile.
