Error description

• The generated PDF file from a pdf1 compiled executable is
  invalid.

Problem summary

• USER AFFECTED:
  Users of PDF using multiple sets of training data.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When previous data in the PDF file is merged with current
  data, the compiler ends up with a smaller file.
  
  As such, when the compiler overwrites the existing data in
  the PDF file, a small part of the stale data gets left
  at the end.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler now truncates the PDF file before writing to
  it so there won't be stale data left over.
