Error description
Programs that use dlopen() to load and initialize shared libaries with circular dependancies will fail when they are run against the V9.0 or V10.1 C++ runtimes.
Local fix

Problem summary
Recursive initialization of the same dynamic library. If during the initialization phase of libraryA, a dlopen() of libraryB is issued, and libraryB has a dependency on libraryA already being loaded, an infinite loop on libarayA initialization may occur.
Problem conclusion
The compiler now recogizes this situation and does not enter an infinite loop.
Temporary fix
