• When compiling a large client test case, the compiler abends in
  xlCentry.

Problem summary

• There was a name-lookup issue with dependent
  names qualified by ::template as in T::template
  aName where T is a template parameter.
  
  The compiler was incorrectly resolving this
  name in the template definition causing an internal
  compiler error.
