JR64797: BPMUPDATESYSTEMAPP COMMAND IS NOT IMPORTING THE NEW THEMES AFTER UPGRADE

Error description

• When you upgrade to 21.0.3, the BPMUpdateSystemApp command is
  skipping some artifacts to import. In particular, you may notice
   CSS related issues in your user interface. If you run the
  BPMRegenTheme command the theme is not generated successfully
  and you get an error similar to the following:

  This is due to the System Data toolkit not getting fully
  updated. If you turn on the following traces and reimport
  system-toolkit.twx via BPMUpdateSystemApp command:

Local fix

Problem summary

• This issue occurs due to the extra snapshot being created on top
   of the original snapshot. This extra snapshot is not deleted
  during toolkit update that causes version conflicts with the
  latest import and prevents some artifacts from being imported.
  The extra snapshots with a TC suffix also cause the same
  problem.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available or will be available that updates the
  BPMUpdateSystemApp command to properly purge all the old
  snapshots so it can import all the artifacts.
  
  Note: Please install the iFix for JR64874 on IBM BAW 21.0.3 due
  to a regression. The fix for JR64874 includes the iFix for
  JR64797 in it as well.
