JR60143: Unexpected ${CommandContext.commandName} value for SEO URL

Error description

• Commerce Version 9.0.0.6
  If one is browsing a site using non-SEO URL, then
  ${CommandContext.commandName} returns the correct expected value
   (eg. StoreView, ProductDisplay, CategoryDisplay etc.). However,
   if one is browsing using the equivalent SEO URL, then it
  returns the last command in the URL rather than the view name.
  For example: SEO homepage URL is
  local.hostname.com/shop/xxus. ${CommandContext.commandName}
  returns "xxus" rather than "StoreView"

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WC v9, Store developers will be affected.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Unexpected ${CommandContext.commandName} value for SEO URL
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  The customer JSP code can not contain the logic or rely on the
  value of current commandName in the context in remote store.
  This limits the flexibility of customer store flow.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The solution is to refresh the CommandName in the store context
  during the lifecycle of request processing, and after SEO URL
  decomposing, the store context will update the commandName based
   on the SEO URL decomposing result.
