  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • By default, all struts-config* files are loaded in the test
environment, including the targetable files. This is causing the
issue for WebSphere Commerce Developer while working with the
toolkit. There are errors in the developer toolkit as a result
of all struts-config* files being loaded by the Web Module
including targetables. If the toolkit loads all struts config
files in an unknown order and if the last one is a targetable
then struts actions and view may no longer work.
