JR57959: UNABLE TO IMPORT IN IGC, DATA FILE ASSETVALUES.CSV USING ANY IMPORT OPTION

Error description

• AssetValue.csv files can be generated after searching on Data
  File assets.  These resulting CSV files can be edited to update
  custom attribute values and other properties of the assets
  contained within.
  
  For Data Files, the import of the CSV file failed, even if they
  were not edited, upon import, with an error indicating "ERROR
  com.ibm.is.bg.assetdefinitions.AssetDefinitionParser - Custom
  attributes not found :".  This message is displayed for every
  custom attribute assigned to the asset.
  
  This issue only occurs for Data Files and its associated assets.
