Error description
In IBM Process Portal, iFrames are used to display dashboards, such as the Work dashboard, Process Instance dashboard. So whenever the user clicks one of the links, the page inside the particular iFrame is replaced by a different page. All these pages use asynchronous backend requests (XHR) to retrieve data from the IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) server (for example, a list of available tasks or the available actions per task for the Work dashboard). Browsers behave differently when a page is replaced by a new page when XHRs are executed. In Process Portal, just as a warning, you see an error message stating that there was an error connecting to the server. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM BPM Advanced IBM BPM Standard IBM BPM Express
