JR57372: THE COMPONENT TEST EXPLORER DOESN'T SHOW DEPLOYED TEST PROJECTS
Direct link to fix
Closed as program error.
The Component Test Explorer does not list deployed test projects in an IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) V8.5.7 three-cluster environment.
The Component Test Explorer might use the wrong port when the deployment environment has more than one cluster. As a result, the Component Test Explorer doesn't show test projects that are deployed to the server.
An updated version of ComponentTestExplorer.ear file is available for IBM Integration Designer V126.96.36.199 that allows the Component Test Explorer to pick up the WC_defaulthost port from a system property. Update or install the ComponentTestExplorer enterprise application on the IBM BPM server by using the attached ComponentTestExplorer.ear file. For more information, see "Installing enterprise application files" (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAW57_8.5.5/com.ib m.websphere.nd.doc/ae/trun_app_install.html). To set the system property, complete the following steps: 1. Log in to the WebSphere Application Server administrative console. 2. Select the server by clicking Servers > Server Types > WebSphere application servers > <server_name>. 3. In the Server Infrastructure area, click Java and Process Management > Process definition > Java Virtual Machine > Custom Properties. 4. Create this custom property, noting that the WC_defaulthost port might be different for your server: name = com.ibm.stf.workspace.httpPort value = 9080 5. Click OK and save the changes to the configuration when prompted. 6. Restart the server.
