Error description

• In the IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) XML configuration, you
  can specify that null mime types are not allowed during an
  upload:
  
    <document-attachment-accepted-mime-types>
     <allow-null-mime-type>false</allow-null-mime-type>
    </document-attachment-accepted-mime-types>
  
  The purpose of this setting is to prevent the upload of
  documents without content. As a side effect, this setting also
  prevents documents of type URL from being uploaded, although
  those document type might be allowed.

• A fix will be included in IBM BPM V8.5.7 cumulative fix 2017.03
  that ignores the setting when an IBM BPM document of type URL is
  uploaded. If an IBM BPM document of type FILE is uploaded, the
  setting will still be checked.
  
  To determine whether the cumulative fix is available and
  download it if it is, complete the following steps on Fix
  Central:
  
  1. On the Select product tab, select WebSphere as the product
  group, IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the
  WebSphere options, All as the installed version, and All as the
  platform, and then click Continue.
  2. In the Text field, enter "cumulative fix", and click
  Continue.
