Error description

• If you invoke the Select a form field window by using the JAWS
  screen reader (Insert + F5 by default) when you view a coach
  page in a browser, you might experience some of the fields'
  labels (provided by Coach stock controls) displaying
  incorrectly. For example, the Select control label might display
  as Unlabelled1 instead of the static label that it was assigned
  at design time.

  identified for pages and shared among users:

  You can use this configuration to display user-defined labels
  for a coach page to work around this issue.

  To determine whether the cumulative fix is available and
  download it if it is, complete the following steps on Fix
  Central:
  
  1. On the Select product tab, select WebSphere as the product
  group, IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the
  WebSphere options, All as the installed version, and All as the
  platform, and then click Continue.
  2. In the Text field, enter "cumulative fix", and click
  Continue.
