Error description

• When you integrate with an Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
  system that supports the Content Management Interoperability
  Services (CMIS), you can use the Content Integration tool and,
  specifically, the "Get children" operation to retrieve
  information about documents and folders that are in a folder.
  
  The Document Explorer coach view also uses this operation to
  show the content of a folder. For some ECM systems, you always
  get an empty result after using this operation even though the
  specified folder contains documents or folders.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When the "Get children" operation is invoked, IBM Business
  Process Manager (BPM) invokes the corresponding CMIS operation
  and translate the response into an object of type
  ECMSearchResult. During this conversion it relied on the
  queryName attribute for properties to identify them.
  
  This attribute is only mandatory for Query responses according
  to the CMIS standard, for Get children it is only optional. If
  an ECM system does not set it, the response cannot be correctly
  parsed and is empty.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is included in IBM BPM V8.5.7 cumulative fix 2016.09 that
  uses the property definition identifier if no query name is set
  to identify the properties.
  
  To determine whether the cumulative fix is available and
  download it if it is, complete the following steps on Fix
  Central:
  
  1. On the Select product tab, select WebSphere as the product
  group, IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the
  WebSphere options, All as the installed version, and All as the
  platform, and then click Continue.
  2. In the Text field, enter "cumulative fix?, and click
  Continue.
