APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You can define a managed JavaScript library inside a toolkit
  (also called a "managed asset"). However, when that managed
  asset defines a function by using the team retrieval service in
  the process application to call the tw.* namespace, you receive
  the following error:

  nested=<none>]
  

Local fix

• Create a separate service that implements the same function as
  the managed asset and remodel the application to use the service
  instead of the managed asset to run the function.
  

Problem summary

• The function in the managed asset runs in an incorrect
  JavaScript context. In that context, the tw.* namespace is not
  initialized. Because the tw.* namespace is not initialized, you
  receive the error message.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is/will be available for IBM BPM V8.5.6 cumulative fix 2
  that runs a managed asset JavaScript function in the correct
  JavaScript context.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR55597:
  
  1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
  
  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR55597, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
