When you try to view a BPEL instance in Business Process Choreographer Explorer from an IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) on Cloud environment, where the following non-default option are enabled in the administrative console Global security > Web security > General settings > Authenticate when any URI is accessed you might not see the BPEL instance in the view and you might see the following exception in the SystemOut.log file: org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi.PackageNotFoundException óÔé¼ÔÇ£ Pack with uri 'http://ProcessLib/SendFileUpload' not found. (file: * * ///home/bpminst/BPM/v85/profiles/Node_t * * 074-dev001-dfw.bpmoncloud * * .local/, 2, 285) * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** When Business Process Choreographer Explorer, which is installed and running on support cluster, tries to show the details of a BPEL instance, it needs the definitions of the interfaces, such as WSDL and XSD files, defined for the process. Such definitions are installed with the application on the application cluster. Therefore, Business Process Choreographer Explorer must depend on the Remote Artifact Loader (RAL) to query the URLs for the definitions on the application cluster and load the resource by the URLs. However, when the following non-default option were enabled in administrative console Global security > Web security > General settings > Authenticate when any URI is accessed the Business Process Choreographer Explorer cannot load the resources by using the URLs without authentication.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available for IBM BPM on Cloud that provide the authentication information for Business Process Choreographer Explorer to load the resource by using URLs when óÔé¼ ôAuthenti when any URI is accessed óÔé¼ ¢ is enabled. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR55555: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR55555, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
