Error description
tw.system.model.findProcess incorrectly uses the TIP snapshot context on Process Server. This would be the expected behavior on Process Center but for process server it should use the default snapshot's context. If you then use methods like startNew it can create an instance in the wrong snapshot context. The instances will show up as the TIP snapshot in the Process Inspector.
Local fix
Use the findProcessByName method of a TWProcessAppSnapshot object to lookup the BPD.
