APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If the user has a UCA pointing to a Service as its
implementation, and the Service points to a BO, and if the
parameter mapping field in the UCA was ever filled out, then
the UCA depends on the BO. Now, after the first import, the
system recognizes this  dependency and when the second import
tries to update the BO,the code assumes that the UCA's
implementation type is a Variable and not a  Service; this
causes the NPE.
