Error description

  • If you disable the OrderSubmit Listener and Events in the
    wc-server.xml file, data is still persisted to the database.
    
    This issue occurs because OrderSubmit event does not check the
    enablement of the event component before raising the event.

    Administrator cannot disable some order events.

Problem conclusion

  • Updated code to check whether the event component is enabled in
    the wc-server.xml file before the event is handled.
