When a service call activity in a client-side human service has an output mapping defined for a service and the output is then deleted from the service, the data unexpectedly becomes empty after the activity runs. Local fix
Reset the data mappings on the problematic activity in the client-side human service: 1. On the Implementation properties tab for the activity, select a different service. This action clears the data mappings. 2. Select the original service again. 3. On the Data Mapping tab, re-enter the data mappings. 4. Click Save.

A fix is currently targeted for inclusion in an upcoming cumulative fix on IBM BPM V8.5.6 that prevents old output data mappings from being applied at run time when the output parameter has been removed from the service being called from the client-side human service.
