APAR status

Error description

  • If JR53209 was not installed before you installed interim fix
    JR53748, because JR53209 was not identified as a prerequisite
    for interim fix JR53748, no servers are displayed in the Process
    Admin Console on the Server tab of an installed snapshot.
    Issue can also be caused by JR50324. In either case, JR54684
    should be applied to correct prerequisite chain.

    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR54684.
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
      the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
      level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR54684, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
