When you first log in to IBM Process Portal, the first dashboard is blank. You do not see any tasks, only a blue background window. The dashboard displays correctly if you click the Work tab.
Your system manager configured the web notifications to be disabled; this action might prevent the first dashboard from displaying properly.
A fix that ensures that the first dashboard is displayed successfully is currently targeted for inclusion in an upcoming cumulative fix on IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) V126.96.36.199.
