Error description

  • When you try to customize the login page of IBM Process Portal
by creating or modifying the theme, you notice that some
customizations do not take effect. Depending on the
customization, you might see an HTTP status code 404 for
login.css or other files from the webDAV theme.

  • The login.jsp in Process Portal does not look up all elements of
a custom theme.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 that loads the custom
theme elements.

On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
for JR54545:

1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR54545, and click Continue.

When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
additional installation instructions and information about the
fix.
