Error description

• The following error occurs when you save a process app or
  toolkit that contains a business process definition (BPD) by
  using SCA message events:
  
  WSDLGenerator E   Cannot find artifact for BPD
  <BPD ID>
  
  com.lombardisoftware.client.delegate.BusinessDelegateException:
  null with ID <artifact id> not found.
  
  The error does not prevent you from saving the snapshot but does
  prevent the generation of new WSDLs or changed WSDLs in advanced
  content that were associated to the BPD. Therefore, any changes
  to the SCA message events are not seen in IBM Integration
  Designer.

Local fix

• Avoid deleting generated files individually from the gen/src
  folder. Specifically, avoid deleting the <BPD name>.wsdl or <BPD
   name>_wsdl_objDef.cmt2 files in Integration Designer.
  Similarly, avoid deleting <BO name>.xsd and <BO
  name>_xsd_objDef.cmt2 files.
  
  If these files are deleted, you must regenerate the related
  Integration Designer projects by disassociating and then
  reassociating the Integration Designer projects. To disassociate
  and then reassociate the Integration Designer projects, follow
  the steps under "To disassociate a project" in the JR51434
