Error description

  • If you use coaches that have multiple selection boxes, the
    system might hang or an infinite loop might occur when one of
    the boxes is selected. This problem occurs intermittently.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix will be available in an IBM BPM V8.5.6.0 cumulative fix
    and later release that uses the selection order from the UI and
    does not sort the array when setting the selection.
    
    A interim fix is also available for IBM BPM V8.5.5.0. The fix
    for this APAR on 8.5.5.0 has been superseded and included in
    cumulative fix for JR55311 .
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR55311:
    
        1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
    from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
        2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR55311, and click Continue.

    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
