Error description

• Defensive coding is needed to ensure the project drop-down
  shown on the attach dialog is always populated with valid
  projects if one of these is invalid.  In HA environments, if a
  project is incorrectly using a non-HA hostname alias, can cause
  the Designer to error in the processing of projects which
  causes an empty list to be returned.
