JR53996: IN PROCESS PORTAL, THE UNFOLLOW WINDOW DOES NOT DISPLAY EVEN THOUGH THE USER PREFERENCE IS CHECKED

Error description

• Although you selected "Show a confirmation message when I stop
  following a process" in the User Preferences window, when you
  want to unfollow a task and click the star icon on the Work page
  side bar, you don't see a confirmation window indicating that
  the item is removed from the Follows list.

Local fix

Problem summary

• A design change removed the Unfollow confirmation window from
  the Work page Following tab. The User Preference was not
  removed, making it appear that the preference is still available
  for use.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available IBM BPM V8.5.5.0 that enables the Unfollow
  window and changes the default user preference for the Unfollow
  window to false.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR53686.  Interim fix JR53686 contains the fix for interim
  fix JR53996.
  
   1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
  from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
   2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53686, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
