JR53954: INCORRECT PARSING OCCURS WHEN A VARIABLE WITH THE "SEND TO" PROPERTY OF THE "SEND ALERT" ACTIVITY IS USED

Error description

• When a local variable is used to provide multiple recipient
  names for the ?Send Alert? activity, the variable value is not
  parsed correctly and is treated as a single recipient.

Problem summary

• After interim fix JR50719 is installed, the variable value of
  the "Send To" property of the "Send Alert" activity is no longer
  parsed. Instead, it is treated as a single recipient. As a
  result, you see the following exception:

Problem conclusion
