Error description
Public caching servers cannot cache some static content. As a result, performance degrades when several files are loaded directly from the IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) server instead of the files being cached by a caching server near you. This issue impacts both the users and the IBM BPM server.
Local fix
Problem summary
The HTTP response headers for some files have the Cache-Control:private attribute set, which prevents public caching servers from caching the content for more than one user.
Problem conclusion
