Local fix

Problem summary

• In some single sign-on configurations, an access gateway or a
  reverse proxy is configured in a way that the IBM BPM server
  does not trust certain requests routed by the access gateway or
  reverse proxy. As a result, the dashboard content is not routed
  through the single sign-on gateway and an empty dashboard is
  displayed instead.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.3 that allows the single
  sign-on gateway or reverse proxy servers to be added to a custom
   whitelist, which enables the dashboards to be rendered
  properly. You can specify this custom whitelist by using a
  custom JVM property named com.ibm.bpm.dashboard.whitelist. Set
  the value of this property as a comma-separated list of
  acceptable single sign-on gateway or reverse proxy servers.
  After this property is set, it enables IBM Process Portal to
  route the dashboard content through the servers in the list.
  Note: You must set this property on all JVMs.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR53243:
  
  1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53243, and click Continue.
