Error description
While running a coach takes a long time, the operation times out and the user is returned to the IBM Process Portal login page. Here are some other scenarios that describe the effects of the problem. Some users are being logged out abruptly and at random time intervals. For example, a particular user is logged out just after he has logged in. In other cases, the same user can be working just fine and after several minutes, he has to login when access the Process Portal. A fix for IBM BPM V8.5.5.0 is available that ensures the user is not logged out when a cometd connection is lost. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR53178: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53178, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
