Error description

  • With interim fix JR50346
(http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1JR50346), the
ability to limit the size of content management file uploads was
added when you use a new configuration option:
<document-attachment-max-file-size-upload>.  When a file is
uploaded from the Stream tab in IBM Process Portal, however,
there is no way to limit the size of the upload.

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.3 and V8.5.0.1 that uses
the <document-attachment-max-file-size-upload> configuration
option added in interim fix JR50346 to limit the size of files
uploaded from the Stream tab in Process Portal.

For IBM BPM V8.0.1.3, search for JR53123 on Fix Central
(http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral):

 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53123, and click Continue.

For IBM BPM V8.5.0.1, search for JR52823 on Fix Central
(http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral). Interim fix JR52823
contains the fix for interim fix JR53123.

 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52823, and click Continue.

When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
additional installation instructions and information about the
fix.
