Error description

• Process Federation Server REST service requests to
  /rest/bpm/federated/htm/v1/systems always return "false" for the
  notificationWebMessagingEnabled and taskListWebMessagingEnabled
  fields for federated IBM Business Process Manager (BPM)
  systems, even if the value is configured to be "true" on the
  federated IBM BPM system.
  
  For example the REST response includes
  
  "notificationWebMessagingEnabled":false,
  "taskListWebMessagingEnabled":false,"

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Process Federation Server REST service is not picking up the
  values returned from federated IBM BPM systems.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.6.0 that ensures that
  Process Federation Server REST /systems service picks up the
  correct values for the notificationWebMessagingEnabled and
  taskListWebMessagingEnabled fields.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR54658:
  
   1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
   2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR54658, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
