Error description

• When you run a business process definition (BPD) that has a
  tracked field of the decimal type, the value of the tracked
  field included in event content is represented in scientific
  notation. Event users, such as IBM Business Monitor, cannot use
  a decimal in scientific notation form because this form is not
  in the lexical space for an xs:decimal.
  
  The event content displays a large decimal tracked field value
  in the following manner:

  wle:type="xs:integer">1.0E7</wle:tracked-field>

Local fix

Problem summary

• The logic to create events does not prevent decimal tracked
  field values from being converted to scientific notation.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix will be incorporated into a later release that creates
  events based on decimal tracked fields without using scientific
  notation.
