Error description
When several clients call the updateWorkBasket() REST API concurrently, you might receive an error response showing a SQLException because a deadlock occurs.
Local fix
Problem summary
The updateWorkBasket() REST API retrieves the work basket for its definition without locking the work basket. Later on, the REST API locks the work basket for the update. In concurrency situations, this lock upgrade is blocked by other transactions that already has a read lock. A fix that immediately locks the work basket for update will be incorporated into a later release.
