Error description

• In IBM Process Portal, when you add a comment underneath another
  comment in the Gantt chart page and then leave the page, the
  next time you go to the page, the chart renders incorrectly (for
  example, the green + button and the labels for instance due
  date and estimated completion dates are misplaced on the chart),
  and the green + button does not work.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Nested comments are not properly persisted when they are
  created. Therefore, although they are displayed properly when
  created, they cause problems when rendering the Gantt chart the
  next time the Gantt chart page is loaded.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 that properly persists
  nested comments in the Gantt chart, allowing the chart to be
  rendered properly when loading the Gantt chart page the next and
  subsequent times.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR49742:
  
   1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
   2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52488, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
